If you are looking for a way to control the power used to your devices this power strip styled USB hub with switches might be worth a look.
Each port can be turned off individually and the hub comes in either 4 or 7 ports.
It also has a magnetic on its back surface allowing you to attached it to metal surfaces. Its also supplied with labels to identify each port easily.
